How much does window cleaning cost in Salt Lake City?
First-clean pricing varies by home size and service package. On our Silver package, a first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes. Gold and Platinum cost a little more because they include tracks, screens, and interior mirrors. After the first clean, maintenance plans start at $35 a month. What is the difference between Silver, Gold, and Platinum?
Silver is the glass: every window pane cleaned streak free. Gold adds window tracks cleared and wiped. Platinum adds screens washed and interior mirrors cleaned on top of everything in Gold.
How do the monthly plans work?
You choose how often we come: every month, every two months, every quarter, or twice a year. Once a year we clean your windows inside and out, and the other visits are exterior only. The cost of the whole year is spread into one flat monthly payment. Customers who choose monthly service save 20 percent on every exterior visit.
How often should windows be cleaned in Salt Lake City?
In Salt Lake City the worst stretch for glass is January and February, when the inversion traps smog in the valley and leaves a gray film on every window, followed by March, when the snow melts and the road salt it carried dries on the lower glass. We recommend exterior cleaning at least every quarter for homes in Salt Lake City, Millcreek, Holladay, Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, Draper, Alpine, Highland, Bountiful, Farmington and Park City, and every two months for homes with sprinklers that reach the glass or big view windows facing the Wasatch. Most people have the interior glass done once a year.

Do you offer gutter cleaning?
Yes. Gutter maintenance can be added to any plan for $25 a month. Salt Lake gutters fill with cottonwood fluff and maple seeds in late spring, Gambel oak and sycamore leaves in October and pine needles on the benches, so we clear them, flush the downspouts and haul the debris away before the first hard freeze and again in spring.
Do I have to sign up for a plan, or can I book a one-time cleaning?
You can do either. One-time cleanings are priced the same as a first clean. Plans run for 12 months at one flat monthly payment, which costs less per visit and keeps the glass clear all year.
